Institute Cosmetique is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, social media growth, and creating engaging campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, and scheduling tools
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
- Experience in the skincare, beauty, healthcare, or aesthetic industry will be preferred
